Buenos Aires is a great place for international cinema because there is always something being shown somewhere in the city. It is generally possible to find an interesting film to watch, normally for free or for very little, every day and the variety on offer is superb.
On Saturday 26th June 2010 @ 7pm in The Casa Nacional de Bicentenario which can be found on Riobamba 985, the Costa Rican film, “Polvo de Estrellas,” by Hilda Hidalgo is being shown for free.
This Saturday, therefore, why not take the time to soak up some Costa Rican documentary cinema about the sculptor, Jorge Jiménez Deredia. It’s received some interesting reviews and is being shown in a great location easy to get to from most parts of Capital Federal. Considering that it is free, there really is no reason not go and take a peek.
